He should know, he has held the Central Districts Under 93kg Raw Men’s & Overall Raw Open Men’s Powerlifting Championship title and was the Oceania Under 83kg Raw Men’s Powerlifting Champion. Hayden also represented NZ at the IPF Classic Powerlifting World Championships in Suzdal, Russia.
