Training is my number 1 focus day to day, always trying to find ways to improve my training or recovery.  Nutrition is crucial in recovering session to session, especially if you are doing three sessions a day.

More about me

I am a 19-year-old, up and coming triathlete based in Palmerston North.  I finished 5th in the Triathlon New Zealand Elite Series in my first year out of the Junior Division and have inspirations of qualifying for the Olympics.

My biography

I have been doing triathlon for most of my life.  I did my first triathlon when I was 6 years old at a local club event.  I always enjoyed it but never trained too seriously.  When I turned 15 I began to train seriously and from there have never looked back.

I love being in the ocean, whether that be surfing, body surfing or just swimming.  I spend most of my day thinking about training or training itself which doesn't leave much space for other activities.
